United Squirrels has received its IRS determination letter confirming its recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
This milestone marks a new stage in developing our programs in squirrel research, rehabilitation, and education. Our work is guided by a shared belief: research can inform rehabilitation, and rehabilitation experience can inspire new research questions.
We are grateful to Rachel, Alex, Dean, and Paulina for their support throughout the founding process and for helping turn a shared concern for squirrels into an organization dedicated to understanding and caring for them.
